A fourth housebuilder has arrived at the Houlton site. Award-winning housebuilder, Redrow Homes Midlands are creating 248 beautiful two, three, four and five-bedroom homes and will be the first homes off the new link road at the north of the Houlton site.

Redrow’s showhomes are scheduled to open in the summer – at the same time as the new link road and will bring the total number of showhomes to view across Houlton to an impressive 12.
