Local eatery open all hours with new evening dining offer
Rugby eatery The Tuning Fork has launched an evening dining offer in response to high customer demand.
Located at Dollman Farm on the Houlton development near Rugby, the new venue has also expanded its facilities, opening an outside dining area in time for customers to enjoy throughout the summer months.
Since its April launch, fresh young talent James Enticott and his team have built The Tuning Fork an impressive reputation for delivering flavour-filled dishes using entirely locally-sourced ingredients from independent producers.
An updated daytime menu is now supplemented by an extensive evening offer, featuring international-inspired dishes and available Thursdays to Saturdays.
The Tuning Fork director Elaine Enticott said: “We are delighted to be introducing an evening dining menu so soon after initial opening. Since our launch, we have been overwhelmed by the positive response we’ve received from customers. There’s a real appreciation amongst local diners our modern menu, fusing international flavours with fresh ingredients of local provenance. The addition of the outdoor area further elevates our offer, delivering a stand-out summer dining experience."
