Yoga Classes at The Barn starting this September

Starting this September, there will be a variety of yoga classes held at The Barn and there's something to suit everyone!

The current classes we have available are as follows:

  • Learn to Relax - Tuesdays 7pm-8:15pm (held by Caron from Red Hat Yoga & Wellbeing)
  • Mindful Yoga - Wednesdays 10am-11:15am (held by Caron from Red Hat Yoga & Wellbeing)
  • Power Yoga - Thursdays 7pm-8:15pm (held by Emma from Emma Barfield Yoga)
